Over the past 18 months Avonwood has become a lead school within the United Learning Trust for the sharing of Instructional Coaching expertise. Having written a bespoke Avonwood teaching and Learning toolkit, we have partnered with Iris Connect and Step Lab to roll this out at our school and as part of a wider MAT project.
As an outwardly looking school, we feel giving back to the sector is an important part of our mission to improve the life chances of children everywhere. The Avonwood Teaching & Learning team actively help teachers to keep getting better across the region.
